I don't know what ship she was on. I have not experienced any of this and we cruise Carnival regularly. The staff is happy to provide you with a paper menu upon request. The Maitre'd will take care of you at their station and get you seated without a phone. Someone is stirring up the stink pot in this story. Cruise on!
