Good arch! Not exaggerated but still in good form! No bouncing of the weight! No lifting your ass off bench! Pretty good! With time you will get better! Better form than a lot of other lifters I've seen on vids lately! Remember sloppiness breeds inefficiency! Stay strict and in form you will climb in weight!
