@PropitiousSoul a 340 pyramid? no i stopped doing the pyramid due to a bad shoulder. I can't have that much weight on my chest with out my shoulder giving me problems the next day. I have to stick with High Intensity due to it using lighter weights. i have an old 350 pyramid bench routine on my channel though.

@brushfour44 Some one commented on one of my videos saying I am getting weaker. They didn't realize that floor presses were harder. I am all about getting the best workout done using the lightest weight possible. Doing these on the floor is so much better on my shoulders.

@rctriplefresh5 The 225 was a lot faster. floor press garbage? The way I do these floor presses is a lot harder then doing it regular bench style. by using blocks under the back rest my triceps never touch the ground and i get full range of motion.

@HomeGymFitness bouncing hard could be dangours - i dont usually (sometims i do) but you didnt really bounce I'd like for tank abott's 600 pound bench then u can see what bounce is lol

yer being to harsh on urself - "cheating" or as u call it is sometimes what makes your body develop further more than working with "correct strict form" - you know the saying only by going to far can one know how far you can get? embrase it!
