Stop making fool of people. You have two sims in your phone Sim 1- Grameenphone, Sim 2 - Balnglalink. First you dialed the USSD code with sim 1. It obviously didn't work. Then you turned off your sim 1 and then turned it on which obviously changed the call, data and message preferences to sim 2. Then you rebooted your phone and dialed the USSD CODE. But as the preferences were set on sim2, it was dialed from sim 2 and not sim 1. And both are different sims with different service providers. So this time it obviously worked. If you change it back to sim 1, it won't work.

Bought a New Samsung a53 5g unlocked, And not At&t branded on amazon, And on powering up  getting message>Connection problem or invalid MMI code  has done this a couple times making calls...YES everything works, And tried all the fixes I could find online...And At&t suggest replacing sim card, But still no luck replacing the sim card either... live with the message or buy a att branded phone?  I'm almost sure that's the issue, But hate to return, And buy again...it is on prepaid At&t, But the phone should be compatible...any real fixes    Thanks

thanks for your help but mine it is huawei GRA-TL00 , no sending and receiving calls, even no normal texting .am only able to turn on hostpot and wifi for fb and whatssap, and am also able to receive sms only and not sending it says MMI COMPLETE on dialer plz plz how to fix it
