I would have preferred the imperfection in the hardwood floors instead of paint

I wish the video would show the sale price & profit margin like they used to. That's a disappointment. Otherwise, nice to see the updates.

The floors that were in the house looked fine (to me), even if they were laminate or some other flooring that wasn't hardwood. And could the cabinets have been painted white - with new hardware?

I think the floors should have been sanded and stained a lighter color, but everything else is great! I used to go to church with these 2 when I lived in the area, and this is their normal energy 😅 love seeing what they’re doing!!

Couldn't they have sanded and refinished the hardwood floors that they found underneath the laminate flooring?

Who gets rid of a freestanding claw foot tub?

Nice job - just curious why you didn't just paint the kitchen cabinets white instead of replacing them? We did this on a house and it looked amazing. The house sold in one week!

Obviously they know what they are doing and they sold it at a great profit. They are very successful.

I wish designers just stopped using subway tiles. I don't understand the appeal when there are so many beautiful tiles out there. The public toilets look is not for me.

I love watching the twins, I was taken from my twin at birth so I enjoy seeing them and how much they love one another and being best friends, I laugh with when they start playing around with each other.

I like the fact that the outdoor space gives people a reason to walk down the stairs other than to get to the home. It makes the cove a benefit rather than stairs walk down to a space to pass. Don't like the open shelves in a small kitchen.

On the show they said that they sold for full price at $387, 000. I assume they don't add that information because they want you to watch the channel.

Did not think the staging was that great. Really didn’t showcase that open concept as that comfortable or cozy. Did not like all the open shelving in the kitchen. Not much storage for real living.

Why paint the hardwood floors? What a shame.

$279, 000? Jeez, what year is this? 2009?

When they opened up the kitchen they should have enlarged the view. One big window would have been really nice.
Preferred the imperfect floors.
Bathroom looks appropriate, but noticed they stole the clawfoot tub.
Always disappointed with their redos.

I think painting the floors was the wrong move. That paint is going to wear in high traffic areas. It would have been better to refinish the wood floors you found. Any imperfections add character!

I think the floor is fine and the cabinet just need to be painted..😝
