I am having trouble mostly with case 1, not getting enough impressions. Sometimes it also happens with higher bids, my budget is always above 100$.
Have you tested the following things and what is your experience with it?
1. Pausing and enabling ads (You pause the ad for one week)
2. Creating the exact same ad and deleting the old one

And doing these things over and over again till the ad turns on.

Hi Sean, I hope you are good and that recovery is going good. What do you do when you find profitable keyword on AMS ads? Do you lower your bid to find how low can you go or increase it? And with budget? Do you start with small bid and then increase it through time or the opposite? Thanks!

Hi Sean, Sorry, I wanted to ask one other question in regards to your response below. Wasn't sure if you saw this so re-posting.
1) So, when you say you run ads on a 99c book then you mean you're running ads on the kindle version right? Do you publish the kindle version and paperback at the exact same time, or do you start the marketing and getting sales and reviews first with the digital version and then get the paperback version up a few days or week later and then switch to running ads on the paperback where you can run ads without taking a loss (due to higher price on paperback than digital)?
