This really helped me! I have been wanting to change my admin account for a while. The first two said it had changed but when I did the netplwiz it restarted my computer and now I have two separate accounts, which are both admin! I haven't got any of my pictures on my new account and had to answer a few questions first, but if I want any of those picture I could just sign in as the other account.
This video really helped me and was amazing!!! THANK

👍

didn't fix my issue, and man, after pausing the video 10-15 times to follow along for us non-pro IT peeps (if I could do it that fast I wouldn't be looking it up on youtube). marginally useful for my issue, glad it helped others.

This video is useless. I have Windows 11 but only have "Family" not "Family and other users" I see my name and underneath it says Administrator, Organizer. Yet I am unable to set my shortcut for Starfield to run as administrator because the option is greyed out.
