@programmingknowedge2 I am listed in the control panel as the only user, I am listed as ADMINISTRATOR, still, the PC will not allow me to delete certain files telling me I need administrator permission. There are a number of files that my laptop won't let me delete saying I need Administrator permssion; right now I'm trying to delete 2 files, both are:MS OneDrivesetup.exe APPLICATION files, my PC tells me I need ADMINISTRATOR permission. What is going on? I pay to use MS Office, does this mean that Microsoft has control of their files that are stored on my computer? Thank you for anything you can share that might help me get control of everything on my laptop.
