Remember This With Polarity Work

Too many people nowadays are using the concept of polarity to shame themselves or their partners:

🙅🏽‍♀️you’re not masculine enough
🙅🏾‍♂️you’re not feminine enough
🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m not feminine enough
🙋🏿I’m not masculine enough

The important thing to remember here is: we all have BOTH of these energetics within…and often have a LOT of healing to do with BOTH energies.

Because we are human, there is no black and white solution for each person- it’s nuanced.

💡Everyone has their own traumas they’ve been through
💡they may have specific wounding around their father or their mother
💡 they may have a nervous system that is stuck in survival mode
💡they also may be in relationship with someone who amplify’s their wounding and therefore kicks the polarity in one direction or the other

So as you do this work, whether on yourself or within the dynamic of a relationship, be sure to do it with consideration for all the parts at play.

❌Don’t use polarity as another “should” or “standard” that you or your partner are failing to meet.

Remember that it is a journey of undoing all of the wounded patterns and programming—and finding YOUR unique expression of your core essence requires healing all the ways both the wounded feminine and wounded masculine have been running the show ✨
