These are some of the most commonly confused English words!

If you frequently confuse the verbs SAY, TELL, SPEAK, and TALK, you’re not alone – these are some of the most commonly confused English words!

They seem like they all mean the same thing - and they are similar - but we actually use them differently in English. In this lesson, I’ll teach you the difference between say, tell, speak, and talk, and help you avoid some common mistakes with these words.

Hi I'm from Korea and I LOVE your lectures. I've got a question if I may. There is a song called "She's gone" and I thought it was short for "She has gone" but one of my friends told me it could be "She is gone". Which one do you think is correct? What does "She is gone" mean? Thank you very much and have a wonderful day!

Great video, thank you. I saw this sentence in a language test and I failed based on the video: "Can you tell the difference between them?" There wasn't a person (listener) in this sentence. How it works then? Thanks.

Excellent as always! Madam, I have a doubt about the usage of the adverb "then". A: Is sugar sour? B: No, it isn't. A : Then what taste is it? B: It's sweet. Is the usage of 'then' in the dialogue correct? Can we ask questions like this? Please answer this at your earliest. I've been confused about it for long.
