I just purchased one for my wife. We love it. Great vehicle.

It's gorgeous.  I like the aggressive look.  It looks fresh, young and in charge (exactly how I see myself/want others to perceive me).  I think that I am a part of the demographic to which Lexus is marketing the NX.  I'm in my mid-30s.  I have a steady career.  I want a luxury car...
My last two vehicles were Toyota Priuses.  After that kind of mileage, it is very difficult to accept a car that's a gas guzzler.  I thought about going with a different non-Toyota brand, but Lexus has the best hybrid lineup in luxury cars.  I don't want a car that looks like it's for old people.  The CT is too small to be practical for me. The NX is exactly what I am looking for.  It is available in a hybrid, that gives over 30mpg. It's available in AWD (which is great because I live in a snowbelt).  It'll easily stow my snowboarding equipment or bicycle.  It has good leg room in the back. From my short test drive, I felt it has a good, smooth ride.  Good sound system. I've read that it doesn't have the power of some of it's counterparts.  That doesn't bother me.  It's not like I'm going to be racing it.  If I could change one thing, the F Sport mesh-style grille would be on the hybrid version as well.  The grille is the only part of the F-Sport version that I prefer to the hybrid version.  Anyway, the point is -  I think it will be a hit. To be clear,  I have no affiliation with the brand.  I just thought there should be a comment from someone who fits the intended demographic.

Man this guy looks so different compared to back in the 80s. He's lost weight but kept his smooth voice and good creative writing skills. As for the vehicle, I've yet to see one in person. The RX models are selling like crazy here and so is the IS. ES and LS are a rare sight, but you're bound to find one at your local dentist office or something like that.

To me, visibility is an important factor in any car.  I've seen some reports that the NX is lacking in this area.  No mention at all in this review?

Is this the same guy that host this show since the 80's?

That RX needs a redesign. Something like the NX styling-wise but larger (roughly same size as the outgoing RX) but more luxurious and modern than the outgoing model and more econo-minded NX.

A guy I know has a 2017 NX200T. I got "Mazda" from the vehicle's styling cues and the ride is call-your-chiropractor stiff. Despite being a fully-optioned model, I found it cold and technologically "blah" compared to my 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL. I know there is a big price difference, but I personally think the owner of the NX oversold the vehicle in just about every way. I'm actually a very big fan of Lexus, but I felt underwhelmed by the NX.

Excuse the NX for being so bad-ass!  Already a huge success, selling 4k a month in Japan, orders are backed up in China and in the U.S., with over 5k pre-orders. Will be the best-selling crossover in it's class in 2015. The RX will be redesigned to be more aggressive, but not this aggressive, next fall.

Sorry, this car looks bad.  Like origami gone bad.  I'd prefer to get a Nissan Murano for more room, better-done dynamic styling, and a friendlier price.
