Question: Why is your thumb not in the ball during the drill? I still need to learn to coordinate getting my thumb out of the ball faster...AND maintain accuracy and power... asking for a friend.

One day, I am going to learn how to bowl. My amazing mom bowled back in the 70s, and she was a beast at it. I got her physical gene, but her athletic gene completely missed me!! Love sports but sports don't like me. Wish you all the best!! God bless!

So what is the terminology to ask for a lane to practice a release or kneed drill release, and not or is it buy the 2 hr block and use it at your own preference?

Dude your videos are perfect for my 13 yr old daughter!!! Ive bowled my whole life 220 average. But u my deer will b a good way to get her to see more of what i cant explain lol. She has a 140 average Wich is good but with the right tools she can be even better. Thk u
