Disease 1: Non-communicable disease (Overview and Cardiovascular disease)

This is the first of 2 videos on non-communicable disease (diseases that can't be passed on/caught). This is different to the original playlist given in the "Introduction to Phase 2" video, as I thought it best to split to down into more manageable chunks. There is a lot of information here, but all very simple. For your exams, you just need to memorise the facts, and be ready to deal with data on any given disease.
This video gives an overview of the 4 main groups of non-communicable disease, but focuses on cardiovascular diseases, associated with lifestyle choices of diet and exercise. The next video looks at smoking associated diseases, and then cancer.
Not the nicest topic to study, but a very important one.
