Strategic planning co-design session.
The session’s objective is to shape the future research and innovation landscape on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and discuss how can R&I tackle the health and socio-economic burden posed by NCDs.

European Research and Innovation Days is the European Commission’s annual flagship Research and Innovation event, bringing together policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs and the public to debate and shape the future of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.

I have listened to all debates and come to the conclusion that this discussion could have been organized more professionally from presentation to moderation important discussion no question but very vague in terms of substance and learning. I hope many participants have not felt that this was a waste of time

We should revise the SDG goal, make them SDG+, it is impossible to reduce premature, avoidable mortality, morbidity and disability from NCDs, plying politics is not fair and we need to be serious. COVID 19 further complicated the situation
