After kickoff, and switching Foden to LM - will he not get a decrease in stats/runs etc, as he is playing out of his normal position ?

Would i be able to mirror the roles. Since I wanna play foden RM can I play him on inside forward, rcm on playmaker, RB on fullback. Then LM on winger and lcm holding etc.
