I have a Wrangler and each of my kids have a Liberty. I bought each Liberty for $4k - $5k. I'm impressed by how well they're put together, I've been through pretty much everything on each of the Jeeps. One has almost 250k miles and is still running great, the others are around 120k. I've got a rebuilt 3.7L engine in my garage waiting for its turn to go into one of the Jeeps, then I'll rebuild the one I took out so it can go into the next Jeep, etc. I plan to keep these things on the road as long as the kids want them, I love Jeep. ❤

Most underrated Jeep ever made, the liberty rocks, is a solid little truck. I had an 03 renegade in high school and it was a beauty on and off road.

If they had given it a solid front axle it would have been one of the greatest off roaders ever made but it's still pretty good

Mine has 220k on it and I’ve never had any major issues. Maybe water pump, alternator, and radiator. After 220k it’s expected. Wish it was a 4X4. Chryslers paint doesn’t hold up well, neither does the exterior plastic trim but that thing has been everywhere and back for us

With mods the jeep Liberty can be one of the most badass jeeps ever. Especially the 2012 version it looks like a wrangler on roids. Also the newer jeep compasses can be pretty sweet as well.

The factory capability of this vehicle has far exceeded whatever i expected in the first place, ive had mine stuck in a couple places, we won't relive those memories right now. Ive been down a crazy rough logging road, up rocky hills, through bush backroads, this thing will go almost anywhere within reason. Anything related to deepish mud is where you're going to find the limitations quickly 😂😂😂😂

Only problem as with most everything else is IFS and keeping it aligned since shops are impossible to trust. Otherwise, I like them. Got one for my wife.
