Upside down peach tarts: delicious and simple to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry
Honey
Peach
Beaten egg
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Pour a little honey on a baking tray, spread with a spoon, and place peach slices in a row.
2. Place a piece of puff pastry on top, and press down the edges with your fingers. Brush the top with milk.
3. Bake for 16 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
4. Turn over and sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.

I’d like to hear from someone who actually tried this 🤷🏻‍♂️ all I read from ppl who tried this upside thing is that it totally NOT WORKING 🤷🏻‍♂️ so would love to hear from experience before even trying
