Your shorts are pure fire 🔥
This is how you get the word out
Anyone listening with doubts watch his content and stop the seed oils
It works and pick up beef bacon and eggs and butter
Period
This is how humans are made

They gave gruel to the poor class while deer meat was for the kingly class for a reason people
Gruel was never the main course
Think about it 😏

Exactly! Such good points. There’s a reason our ancestors did certain things. They weren’t just for the fun of it, there was a reason behind everything they did.

We do all kinds of things to veggies to make them less inflammatory, yet they still are highly inflammatory. Just stop trying to fix them. They're food for our food.

I actually went to an urgent care Dr and when I told him that I was on a carnivore diet he actually told me that I shouldn't be eating meat. He told me to eat fish and a lot of veggies. I couldn't believe what he was saying. It's Berkeley California - vegan capital of the world

Dear Dr. Ken. I’ve been with your channel for the past few years, and I’ve recently noticed something.
YOU ARE LOOKING YOUNGER THAN YEARS AGO 😀
Congratulations 👏🏼👏🏼
Is it the meat diet?! Or did you get something done to your face?!

I’m 52 and I would really like to know, if you care to share.

And thank you for all the knowledge you’re spreading.

New subscriber here. Love the channel and im just about to start a carnivore diet for the first time. I have a slight fatty liver (I don't drink alcohol but have a high carb diet) will carnivore help with fatty liver?

Fermentation of soy increases the bioavailability of isoflavones, particularly by converting them to their more active aglycone forms. These compounds have potent anti-inflammatory effects.
The fermentation process has nothing to do with making soy less infammatory.

A way to reduce inflamation is eat raw foods before you eat cooked. Research in the 80s maybe 90s shows that raw vegetables eaten before a meal (as we have done for centuries called a starter) prevents the gut inflamation response to the cooked food which comes after it. Its also not true that we didn't eat raw or cooked soy and vegetables...fermentation was done to store food through winter. It would not have been done in summer when those foods were fresh. Meat is very very difficult to ferment because the kinds of bacteria that live on meat are not lactose bacilli and yeast but ecoli and salmonella. So eating fermented meat is eating toxic rotten meat. Only smoking drying and potting meat in fat is usuall for meat or seafood. NOT fermentation. That has nothing to do with inflamation. We didn't preserve food to make it less inflammatory. We fermented it to store it. Also sprouting is pretty rare untill the 1970s and apart from malting for brewing it's not common. Except bean sprouts in Chinese cooking. Not really a thing anywhere else.

Sauerkraut is ok . Microgeens got enzymes. Just a little. Baby veg doesn't contain as many lectins, which increase the closer to bolting to make seeds . I like shredded beet for the nitric oxide. One beet lasts me 3 to 4 meals. With 2 pastured eggs and bacon or meat of course.
