1: with the warhammer eren can choose were his body will be located inside the titan, so he wont be in the nape.
2: levi does not know this and his only win con is thunder spears which he is limmited to 2 shots as levi cant break the hardening with his blades.
3: eren could also just crystalize like annie, at which point levi cant win as thunderspears dont work, and eren could simply control his titan from affar.
4: so at the end levi can NEVER win against eren, his best outcome being a TIE, eren on the other hand has a high chance of wining.

I like Eren way more but there is no way Levi would lose against the attack titan.

Levi would definitely win unless Eren has the power of the founder, in which case Eren would win. Either way Erens definitely putting up a way better fight than Zeke

Edit: assuming Eren has no founder and just uses the Warhammer and attack Titan I do think Levi would still win, but it definitely wouldn’t be an easy win for him, it would without a doubt be the toughest fight either of them have ever had. Zekes main strength his his throwing, and this gets hard countered by Levi. While Erens excels in close combat, also Eren knows levi way better than Zeke does. One way or another right now Eren is the strongest shifter easily and it wouldn’t be easy for levi to kill him even though he’s an Ackermann

Edit 2: for Levi Eren is dark souls boss that one shots you, for Eren Levi is a wasp that you can’t hit that is repeatedly stinging you

Best possible way for levi to win is to make eren exhausted by avoiding fighting head on and stretch the fight as along as possible so eren can't maintain his war-hammer/attack titan form and then he can kill eren.

If they fight like this, theres no way Levi can kill Eren but theres also no way Eren can kill Levi.
Obviously in this hypothetical battle Eren's founding titan and his clairvoyance wouldn't count since its HYPOTHETICAL.
Levi would have thunderspears and the new ODM Gear with blades while Eren has his Attack Titan and Warhammer skills used.
What do we know about these?
Attack Titan has gained the power to crystallized itself and be immune to even thunderspears.
Warhammer Titan can make anything it wants appear from the titan or the ground, the material is not stronger than crystallized and it is not immune to thunderspears, this power is also known to be very hard to aim and has very limited use.
Levi is an Ackerman which gives him a reaction time faster than any human in the world, and is able to channel his full strength when fighting.
Levi is shown to easily dodge spread bullets, outmanuever 20+ abnormal titans that are faster than the jaw in a forest with alot of spiky branches yet remained seemingly unscratched after killing them so fast.
Levi is strong enough to reach and destroy the inner muscles and bones of titans with his sword, strong enough that he can easily decapitate an abnormal's head in less than 10 seconds.

The battle could be like this:
Eren can use debris of the surrounding houses to possibly injure Levi when hes flying around.
Levi can incapacitate the Attack titan so much that Eren is forced to use 3 of his transformations.
Eren making spikes and defenses around his body would only make Levi manuever faster and Eren wasting all of his warhammee power.
Levi tries to explode Eren from the hardened nape but fail due to Eren crystallizing.

Levi can beat attack titan no problem, but it would 50-50 in warhammer eren vs levi he would only win which dodging his attacks so he could exhaust itself but, levi odm gas should also be limited in that case or to be fair .. So the one who outruns will win, cuz with war hammer eren would keep himself safe and harden place where levi attacks so yeah it would be battle of attrition and distraction
