I think the meruem would evolve, he would learn every day, but until then it could cause many victims. I also believe that meruem was able to learn any skill from nen, so he wouldn't be defeated

Meruem would’ve definitely changed for the better had he survived. He would learn to appreciate what goodness, love and light can come out of humans besides their dark side.

What about a Future where Meruem survives the Bombs poison? He'd be unbeatable, but all guards we're dead, and He maybe wouldnt be that peacefull anymore, since Netero showed him how cruel Humans really are
