I've been struggling with health anxiety for 5 months now. It began with a panic attack and I thought I was gonna die. I've been cleared by my doctor and told me that this is anxiety disorder. When I learned about acceptance of anxiety here's what I noticed, Everytime I overcome the fear of a specific symptom, the anxiety shifts to another symptom which again terrifies me like it's convincing that something's really wrong with me. I'm currently experiencing dizziness and nausea that's so intense I thought I'm gonna have a stroke. Even if my tests are clear.

I kid you not I started to cry just knowing I wasn't alone ...thank you so much. I don't know why in 2023 starting Oct it got so bad. I literally don't understand. Just praying it gets better

Anxiety is like a boat. If you step on a boat and freak out every time it rocks, it’s going to rock more. If you relax when it rocks and even try to laugh and enjoy it instead…. It’s a whole different experience.

I’m dizzy every day of my life for about at least 10 years now. I’ve had an MRI, hearing test, inner ear test, etc, etc and my doctor says I am fine. I hate driving while dizzy, which is every day. My doctor evidently doesn’t know anything about anxiety and stress causing dizziness. I just live with it.

I get so dizzy at night sometimes that I can’t sleep, I’m on about 10 hours of sleep from the past 3 days! Anxiety is a grind but we will all improve and get to a point where we are recovered!

I’ve been struggling with these symptoms for years. Always thought I was going crazy and felt so alone. With counseling and some help with meds it’s more manageable but there’s definitely times I still struggle hard. I’ve noticed this happens more for me during summer and humidity. Thank you for making this video.

Acceptance. Yes. Only when your (subconscious) mind truly believes that all of the symptoms are "just anxiety", will you start to heal. This is exactly the mindset that I tried so hard to acquire recently. And I can say it helped. I am such a mirror image of you, that it is almost scary.

Living all of this right now. I am not going to let anxiety win, thanks so much Trey! This was exactly what I needed! I put in my saved videos to watch on those days the anxiety lies to me and say, “ uh-oh, better go see another doctor...” ugh, my brain is a bully...I have had two MRI’s and two CT Scans, nothing is going on with my head except it needs to let me be the boss...oh goodnesss, now I sound crazy too. 😅

Anxiety has given me so many added phobias. When I had my first panic attack I called the hospital because I literally believed I was going to die. The symptoms were very scary and proved to me that panic and anxiety are real. I feel bad for all the people suffering with these disorders. It takes a lot to navigate through the symptoms. Dizziness has become a common daily thing for me now, and sometimes feels like the blood drops out of my body and my brain just shuts out. Constantly makes you feel like you are going to faint or die on the spot. It’s fascinating how the brain causes this through out your body.

I manage a lot of the symptoms better now than before mainly by acknowledging it for what it is. Like you said when you give it fear you are fueling it.

Thank you so much honestly. Everytime I have some concerns I go to you for help and just like that all the stress and panic is gone. Ive had a rough couple years and recent months but after being cleared for physical issues and passing - including my ct scan which scared me to death to do- I'm working on my mental health. A couple dr visits and 3 medications later buspirone is def working for me.

Dude! Awesome post. I have dealt with the exact same issues with this for about 3 years off an on. Very interesting that you talk about the inner ear thing. As someone with rhinitis I think it causes a ton of these problems including the anxiety about not hearing correctly in your environment, trouble breathing and dizziness. No doubt giving it more attention makes it worse. Keep up the great content
