That worked thanks. Unplug your USB cable from your controller if you are trying to turn your PS4 on. Turn the PS4 on with out the USB cable connected.

Hello Henry, I don’t think you would respond but
my PS4 just shows the PlayStation logo then to a black screen. I have tried the HDMI cable method, and all the other methods on YouTube. I was wondering if you could try to find out another method for my PS4 to work.

is not USB is hdmi you saved my ass it was the HDMI that was bad no sound or only black screen thanks

I did every safemode then after that the ps logo comes up then after that its black i got a new charger controller so i dont know whats wrong

Turn television off and on, it's the resolution, it's on auto. worked for me. Hopefully it works for you.

Had to jiggle my hdmi cable. The get hot then wear out if you play alot
