I can really relate to your story about the lady. I have these prejudices that trace back to trauma and old patterns of thinking. They lead me down the wrong road at times in relationships and interactions. It made me teary up when she said you were beautiful because I don't want to be like that. I don't want to be closed off, contracted and resentful. I'm working on healing that part of me and rewriting those beliefs so I can be free and show love regardless. Thank you
