Elden Ring is an action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game is a collaborative effort between game director Hidetaka Miyazaki and fantasy novelist George R. R. Martin, and is scheduled to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on February 25, 2022.

Elden Ring takes place in the realm of the Lands Between, sometime after the destruction of the titular Elden Ring and the scattering of its shards, the Great Runes. Once graced by the Ring and the Erdtree which symbolizes its presence, the realm is now ruled over by the demigod offspring of Queen Marika the Eternal, each possessing a shard of the Ring that corrupts and taints them with power. As a Tarnished — exiles from the Lands Between who lost the Ring's grace — summoned back after the Shattering, players must traverse the realm to ultimately find all the Great Runes, restore the Elden Ring, and become the Elden Lord.

Elden Ring is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective and features elements similar to those found in its predecessors, the Souls series as well as Bloodborne and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, with gameplay focusing on combat and exploration. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki explained that players start with a linear opening but will eventually progress to freely explore the Lands Between, including its six main areas, as well as castles, fortresses, and catacombs scattered throughout the vast open-world map. These main areas are interconnected through a central hub that players can access later in the game's progression — similar to Firelink Shrine from Dark Souls — and will be explorable using the character's mount as the main mode of transport, although a fast travel system will be an available option. Throughout the game, players will encounter non-player characters (NPCs) and enemies alike, including the demigods who rule each main area and will serve as the game's main bosses.

Combat in Elden Ring relies heavily on character-building elements found in previous Soulsborne games, such as calculated, close-ranged melee-based combat with the use of skills, magic abilities, as well as blocking and dodging mechanics. Elden Ring will introduce mounted combat and a stealth system.

The festival at Redmane Castle should begin after you activate the grand lift of dectus for the first time. Then come back, most of the enemies will be gone, and you can enter the festival up where you fought the crucible knight. This will allow access to the area behind Jerren, the NPC you talked to. Proceed for another great rune boss fight.

oh wow I hadn't seen those two bosses before in my playthrough (crucifix night + the other boss). this game is amazing! To unlock the final boss of the area (general radhan, one of the most feared in elden ring) you have to follow what the npc was telling you. go back and talk to the giant blacksmith. he will tell you what to do. you are basically progressing in ranni's quest line (the storyteller). which is really cool. you missed to talk to the sorcerer that is sitting in the tower next to ranni's rise tower (south of that one, you havent discover it on the map yet. you have to walk to it first. there are 3 towers you can only see two). he will give you a note to take to the lady that teaches you sorceries in waypoint ruins (limgraves) she will tell you about the radhan festival. In the end though you have to go talk to Blaidd the warewolf guy in the sofria river well (the underground area). he is on the left of the staircase where you lit up all the flames that led you to another boss fight. Blaidd will help you in the fight against radhan. The teleporter will be activated once you go back to the castle next time and the npc will announce the festival has begun. you will then have acess to the boss fight.

Hey Brad, just a quick note with the weapon, the flame ability is more of a widespread attack for multiple enemies and the night for sing enemies, typically the night attack does more than the flame, however two things to note with it, the closer to the boss you are, or their hitbox, the more damage it does, and the attack itself is a beam, so you need it to stay on them until it ends

Brad you missed with both attacks, that’s why you didn’t see any damage. The flame is more close range and the magic beam is a bit finicky. If the enemy is on a high ground the beam won’t hit

You can actually “rebirth” your character, where you can re-arrange your attribute points, putting them wherever you like. Go back to the “raya lucaria academy”/magic area, talk to the npc. Hope it helps

Hey Brad, the sword of night and falmes is one of the best swords in the entire game. You have to upgrdae it and you can literally spam it with bosses. This sword is like an easy mode in Elden Ring. Use it more often and upgrade it. You will absolutely love it.

Hey Brad, did you know there's a place where you can fight the first "kind of” boss? You don’t have it on the map yet but it's located north west of Raya Lucaria Academy and it's called The Four Belfries. You need an Imbued sword key but you'll probably will find one at that spot.

I think you should try to get bloodhound's step it helps you dodge attacks really easy the best ash of war in my opinion, the boss should be easy for you since your over leveled. the ability is like flash step from bleach

Step 2: Defeat 2 Bosses. Rennala Queen of the Full Moon & Royal Knight Loretta

] Step 3: Go to Ranni's Rise to start Ranni's Questline. Talk to her and Select "Serve Ranni the Witch". Go downstairs and talk to the three then talk to Ranni again.

Step 4: Go to the Siofra River Well and Talk to Blaidd

Step 5: Go to Seluvis's Rise and Talk to Seluvis. Select "Accept the task" & "Ask about Nokron"

Step 6: Go to Waypoint Ruins and Give the Seluvis's Introduction to the Sorceress Sellen.

Step 7: Go to Redmane Castle: Impassable Greatbridge. You need to Talk to the Guy to Start The Radahn Festival.

Step 10: Pick up the Hidden Treasure of Nokron the Eternal City "Fingerslayer Blade"

Step 11: Go back to Ranni and give her the Blade. This will complete Part 1 of Ranni's Questline.

Step 12: Reset at a Site of Grace. Go to Renna's Rise and Travel to Ainsel River Main

Step 13: Pick up Miniature Ranni Doll and Keep Talking to her at a Site of Grace.

Step 14: Eliminate the Baleful Shadow.
He will drop the Discarded Palace Key

Step 15: Go to Raya Lucaria Grand Library. Use the Discarded Palace Key on the Chest. The Dark Moon Ring is inside.

I love the different reactions with this Radhans location, if you don’t go there first you don’t fight the 2 bosses until after you beat radahn, for me I progressed Rannis quest and was able to teleport to the castle and only 2 ugly lions were there
