Was looking for more of a tutorial on how to search for specific words or phrases *inside* a particular file, particularly values

This did not show me how to search a phrase.  When I type in two or more words it still does it word by word.  I want the phrase ONLY.

Can you search by 2 words only. For example: file title with the word "invoice" and "Davis". To give the result of every file with Davis and invoice in the title. Thanks
