We switched to Spectrum for our family (6 lines), but have found accessing the internet AWAY FROM HOME practically non existent. It keeps saying “no connection” or “ you’re offline” even with cellular data roaming turned on. What are we doing wrong?

Verizon is for business users with specific needs and spectrum is for lay people whom want to save money. As someone whom works for spectrum I recommend users can customer service and do as we recommend like use your hotspots as much as possible to save data because usage can be limited if too much data is used on unlimited.

I have 5 lines with Verizon with all 5 phones payment and unlimited T T & D I pay $268. that's with 5 phones payments again. Therefore just because you are trying to sell the Spectrum garbage that we couldn't use for a week, you should not be misinforming people on Verizon pricing.

You forgot to mention that if you get 2 lines on spectrum the $45 plan ghost to 29.99 for each line unlimited talking text&data.

Spectrum has a horrible costumer service, and I changed from Consumer Cellular to spectrum, spectrum really mixed it up, forced me to buy a new crappy S22 that works with 5g .. our older phone also a Samsung but a Galaxy A71 5G, spectrum said it doesn't worked on their net work for 5G they said that we need a new phone, I told them OK and under this condition that its better then the old one I got.... We told them that camera it important that its better then the old one. so they recommended Samsung s22, when we got it we noticed that the camera was horrible, and a lot less pixels, the sell rep was actually lying for us just to get the sell och that crappy phone, and now they refuse to take it back... shame on SPECTRUM mobile!

At the spectrum store the sales representative scrolled me for not taking the free cell service for a year want me to state loudly for other customers that I didn't want the free cell service for a year. I stated nothing is free twice. Please remember I would have to switch my current serve to get the free service. I lodge a complaint with one the phone representative. Idk what the outcome is. I did sin up for internet service. How long I'll keep it depends entirely on how well spectrum treats me BTW sorry for such a lengthy comment

To anbody who is falling for this video Verizon & spectrum as well as Comcast, as well as optimum mobile have partnered up the only difference is that spectrum charges $14.00 for mobile cell phone service with one gig of data.
The unlimited data plan is only 20 gigs of data on spectrum if you hook your cell up to a 4k TV. One 4k movie Spectrum will throtal your speed to megabytes. Spectrum uses Verizon towers, Verizon uses the wifi towers from spectrum, optimum, & charter cable that is why they have strong signals all over the USA. As far as it not being able to pick up in other countries they have not partnered with the other carriers in that country.

I've had Verizon for years nothing but problems. What they say and do are two different things. I moved over to Spectrum.

Verizon is out of control their pricing and can not believe they are still business. I think Verizon has locked into the Business end of cellular. ATT realy has better service in my opinion in most parts of the country. In Ohio where I live ATT smokes Verizon
