Ser Davos is one of a handful of men in Westeros who is truly good. He's not ashamed to admit his mistakes, he doesn't consider himself an "honourable man"-- a pretentious title imo. He sees the grey areas in people and situations, unlike others who see black and white, good or bad. I love him.

Davos is my favorite character in thrones! He has a lot of Ned Stark in him and honestly I feel like he's one of the very few characters who always follows his morals, no matter the situation he always tries to do the right thing.

Of all the story lines, of all the scenes, of all the characters ... my soul, my heart and intellect desires the soul of Ser Davos and all he is and has done. He is "of like spirit" and I have stood beside those who thought themselves "great leaders" and still fought for truth. This character is portrayed by Liam Cunningham has stolen my heart ~ completely. Liam, if I could just once, stand face to face with you and speak of my admiration of you and your skill, in art-with heart- that would be my one wish. To anyone that is not me that may not make sense but I have stood for innocence, and your craft must be well honed to do so in life or the arts. Liam's capacity to evoke and emit such passion and conviction is awe inspiring. Thank you to GoT for bringing this artist - this man to my life.

Davos is even more honourable on the book. He felt bad for leaving his wife on Rainwood (their castle), also for the death of his children on Blackwater Bay. His speech on Manderly court was very good ("vengeance!"). His "death" was heartbreaking for me, more so than Red Wedding. But all in all, he did not do so bad. My only favourite character on ASOIAF, as Noye and Maester Aemon are dead. Thank you sir Liam Cunningham for a wonderful performance.

Ser Davos is easily one of thee best characters in the entire GoT, if not thee best. That man's scenes have successfully made me, a grown man, cry twice and not just random tears, but truly kicked in the balls and the guts tears, truly the Onion Knight.
