Very useful video, now I have come to know why my cakes sometimes leaned because I didn’t know to put into fridge after crumb coat to let the cake set … I used to do everything in one go .

I don't know how, but it seems they always lean or are uneven between layers. I have tried some of these tricks, such as filling in with extra frosting. It is nice to have some other things in my repertoire. I had not thought about the saranwrap idea and I like it very much. I also have used acetate rolls to keep the cake from leaning. It is a bit more trouble to get the layers in, but I have the opportunity to use the acetate in a way similar to the saranwrap.
