Thank you for putting this on youtube!! I injured my knee and can't do the kidney exercise I was doing because it includes horse stance. I'm doing your Upper back Qigong & this kidney Qigong and a few others daily. Thank you so much for putting these sessions on youtube. Great for me to stay healthier.

I really enjoy this, especially before bed. Regarding the warmth in the palms during Skimming the Waters - I was surprised to definitely feel the warmth on the very first try, and by the third evening, my feet were also getting very warm on the bottoms. Fascinating. Thank you!
