Grandpa (as his Chow Kit friends call him) is more known to the crowd as Gio (or Gorgeous)
has more than 30 years hands-on working experience from small entrepreneurship to big
corporate - been there and done it. He started his professional career in the hotel and restaurant
business before moving on to the logistic industry (DHL) for the last 20 years. After 10 years
in finance operations and managing large deployment projects, he transitioned to process
improvements (Lean and Six-sigma), Total Quality Management (including Leadership coaching)
and Change Management (focusing on cultural transformations). Since 2013 he is also the
Corporate Responsibility Ambassador for DHL IT Services oice in Cyberjaya, which counts
almost 1400 employees. In 2015 he received the Employee Of Year Award for bringing the
Corporate Citizenship (volunteering) programs beyond charity embracing Social Business
principles. Leading various activities and programs, Gio is a strong advocate of making a
posiive sustainable impact toward society and environment thinking about the value-added
volunteering initiatives (DHL Living Responsibility GoHelp, GoGreen and GoTeach) can create,
