I get that Party and Jorginho are aging but Rice could learn alot from them. They all do something different, ik. But think of how good it would be for Rice and the club if he learnt how to control the pace of the game and unlock certain passes the way Jorgi can or be as defensively sound as Partey. He does that and there's no way there's a debate over who's the best DM in the prem or the world

Looking back at the game Nottingham Forest gave us no room, we needed Trossard and Jesus's technical ability in those areas which Havertz and Martinelli can't provide. Arteta got it spot on.

This is the performance we were all waiting for: combining the beautiful attacking flair of 2022-23 with the defensive solidity of last season. With Timber, Calafiori and Odegard all back our team finally had that balance of strength and creativity; our bench looked good. Even without our needed striker, this team looks formidable. Let's see if we can build momentum now. But I hope Arteta has learned how to respond better next time if we lose Odegard/Saka. We can't let this one great performance mask our very poor run when we faced adversity. I think the make-or-break will be how Arteta handles our next challenge.

Our play style is better with Jesus up front we look way more fluid. I like Kai but we only play a certain way when he starts and it slows down the attack especially against low blocks!
