Dr. Boster, thank you for addressing changes in symptoms, particularly that they come and go. Though I rarely can point to any obvious cause, such as temperature change, stress, etc., my symptoms change from hour to hour and day to day. It makes planning for activities difficult, and it makes it hard for family and friends (and myself!) to understand why I can do something one day, but not the next.

Informative, as usual. Thank you for putting out these videos. If I lived in OH, I would definitely want you as my neurologist.

Dr B, happy that you were able to branch out to your own facility, you’re always on the forefront of treating MS, congrats! One comment though, the music level on your introduction is incredibly loud. I’m always reaching for the mute button.

I learn something new every day! I was unaware that PwMS were 6x more likely to develop seizures! 6x? Wow! That’s kind of scary! So far, I have not experienced this, but for those that do I sure hope they are on a good regimen to control them.
I know you touched on the neurostimulators to control pain, but what about surgical interventions to remove lesions, or even to control tremors caused by MS lesions?

Hello Dr. Boster, I really enjoy your videos and your disposition. Your videos have been very informative and I now have a better understanding of a dear friend who has MS.
Since you are on the frontline of MS research, diagnosis and treatment, could you please share what you know on MS and head trauma.
Thank you for your time

Hi, this is the first time I've commented on here, think this is a great channel and have found it very helpful. I wanted to ask if anyone has trouble with yawning. I've read about excessive yawning, which I suffer with, but the real problem is when I come out of the yawn I feel my whole upper body has to tense up, even stretching out my fingers, and I clamp my jaw shut, which had given me real problems with jaw pain. I've learned that if I control my breathing - breathing out slowly as I exhale the yawn - I can control the tense feeling and need to stretch and clamp, helping with my jaw pain and making me look less of a prat in front of people while I no longer perform what must look like an extreme interpretive dance. If anyone can help or has had this problem please share as I feel I'm going nuts. Many thanks … anyone.

Thanks Doc. You have given me so much good info to continue this journey. Later this week I will meet my fate with the neuroimmunologist and neuro ophthalmologist. Because of the education you have given us I won't be as afraid. I have a better idea of what to expect. Blessings to you and you crew...with a chest scruff for River.

Currently I take Avonex med. I have its side effects including general pain in my body and some flu-like symptoms. The big dilemma I faced these days. When I care about the food - quitting out of sugar specifically and junk food - the side effects disappear amazingly.Does it really matter or those feelings just kind of placebo effect? .Also, I want to read more about Avonex and how it works? Do you suggest any book that disscuss in details the immune system and the effect of immunomudlatory drugs?. Also Thanks for your very informative videos :))

Dr. Boster Thanks again for another informative video.
If a patient has ppms and is on ocrevus for 1 year +.
No new spots or lesions on MRI'S but the same symptoms just seem to grow more intense little by little over time since onset
Should the patient talk to the nuro about changing DMT ?

I get the electrical thing down my body to my toes often. Throws me off balance if I look down while walking or even standing. It's very annoying.
