I have and didn’t like it. Twice. I like it where the pink is almost entirely white. It’s a harder point to get to. Otherwise, meat is too chew-y.

Depends where I’m at, if I’m in a 3rd world country I want that pork to look fucking whiter than 2% milk. But pork these days can be cooked (at least in first world countries) to lower temps.
