2 Min Mug Cake Recipe - Super Soft & Rich Eggless Microwave Cakes - CookingShooking

In this video, we will cook together 2 minute mug cake recipes, this is a very easy and very tasty, rich and spongy eggless cake recipe, made right in microwave inside a mug.

Ingredients:

Mug Cake
Chocolate -
Flour / Maida – 3 tbsp
Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 1 1/2 tbsp
Baking Powder – 1/16pinch
Baking Soda - 1/2 pinch
Condensed Milk – 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 +1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cream / Malai - ½ tbsp
Vinegar – 1 drop
Vanilla essence - 1 drop

Instead of Condensed Milk, you can increase sugar to 3 tbsp, and cream to 2 tbsp

Mug Cake Vanilla -
Flour / Maida – 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 1 ½ tbsp
Baking Powder – 1 /16 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 pinch
Condensed Milk – 1 tbsp
Milk - 1+1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cream / Malai - ½ tbsp
Vinegar – 1 drop
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp

pro tip: halving the recipe, mix batter for one vanilla and one chocolate mug cake in two mugs, swirl them together in a third mug, and cook. you get a perfect marble mug cake :P

I made these and they turned out to be super moist, delicious and decadent ❤️❤️

Some additional tips:
1) Replace butter with oil like he said, it turns out incredibly moist.
2) You can skip the condense milk and cream (malai) all together and use 4 tbsp of milk instead. It doesn't affect the quality/ richness of the cake.
3) Granular sugar will do the job equally well. I baked this at 2:30 in the morning so couldn't grind the sugar lest I woke my family up😂

I still can't get over how amazing the mug cake turned out. Who knew baking could be this effortless? Forever indebted Yaman❤️

10/10 took 5 minutes to make, cook in the microwave, and to clean up materials. Have been using this recipe for a few days now, everyday before school, and its tastier each and every time. I replaced milk with soy milk but it still turned out amazing.
