if a (possible) recipient was not in good health, due to smoking, drinking, poor diet, that could have prevented illnesses,
comparing that person to another possible recipient that stayed in good health, but something happened and organ failed, should the second person be chosen as recipient? (the organ will have a better chance or survival in that person's body?)
and how about age, end of life?
(enough with your disparity.. if you truly are doctors, remember the oath to the "nightengale pledge"...)
