Russia has test-launched a new nuclear-capable missile. Moscow claims the new weapon can hit any target on the planet. President Vladimir Putin said the missile will make Russia's enemies think twice. Molly Gambhir tells you more.

Be sure to know that during war Russia attacks must still be within reason, it's silly to think Russia can't crush Ukraine with a few rockets, but it will be considered an unreasonable attack. There’s a laws to war that is supposed to be maintained, remember there are high civilian count in and around war zones, Russia can't just go bombing areas. So basically a bit of an upgrade to some 50 year old technology. Russia has had the ability to hit targets anywhere in the world with ICBM's since before I was born in the early 70's.
