Thank you for joining me today for this 20 minute guided meditation practice to cultivate compassion for yourself and others.
The definition of compassion according to the Merriam Webster dictionary is the sympathetic consciousness of others' distress together with a desire to alleviate it.

“If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.” ~Dalai Lama

Breathe deeply, connect with the feelings of your heart, and build compassion.

Just like me, everyone is seeking happiness. May we all find the happiness we are seeking.

Just like me, everyone is protecting themselves from suffering. May we all be brave and strong enough to make space for our suffering.

Just like me, everyone has known sadness. May we all experience love and joy to balance the sadness.

Just like me, everyone is doing the best they can. May we all offer compassion to ourselves and others. May we all accept compassion from ourselves and others.

Today I choose to practice compassion and self love for myself. Today I choose to let go of all my worries and stop allowing them to control me. Today I CHOOSE how I live and I choose to LOVE ALWAYS. Anyone who is going through this, you are STRONGER than you seem ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I felt compassion given to me in this special season we are celebrating Passover. And i thought that I will be celebrating alone with my husband, but a cousin asked us and invite us to celebrate with their family, so this make us feel full of Joy and Happiness.

Omg the best meditation I have ever done. I didn't even realise that 20 minutes had passed. The only meditation I lost track of time and didn't check how much was left because I was lowkey bored like in other videos.Also the only one that I have cried to.Thank you💕
