That was insanely insightful. This goes along perfectly well with the other video about singing runs, like using placement to emphasize certain notes/syllables. Awesome stuff!

it's the classical musical concept of call & response. He's mastered weaving those soft delicate vocals right between his belts which makes it feel extremely dynamic and emotionally charged. But like most notables singers, it's not necessarily even his technique, but his timbre supporting that great tone everyone knows and loves. A lot of people have tried to sing like Jonny but his unique tone always stands out. Still a great video though and an awesome share!
