Hi ScotRail, congratulations on hitting 40! Would you consider adding a voice over so that those who are blind or visually impaired can better access material such as this?

Where did you get the footage for the Inverness concourse from? It's fairly hard to find any period pictures or video of the actual station, mostly just the locomotives outside are being filmed, so it'd be nice to know the source to get a better feel of it as it was.

Please don’t get rid of the Inter7City HSTs just like CrossCountry have done. You should still keep them.

Inverness station concourse in 1993 was more attractive than in 2023, as it was an 'open station' and there were no gates and fences. These clutter it up, are a nuisance to passengers with cases and bags, and require staffing. Compare the two film clips. All trains have guards so tickets can be inspected on-train anyway. Similarly, the clip of Glasgow Queen Street in 1997 when it was 'open' shows it as more spacious than it is in 2023 with barriers everywhere. Edinburgh Waverley, which was all diesel in 1983 and is nearly all electric now, and has been cleaned up, expanded and made attractive, could be shown and is not. Why are none of Scotrail's historic stations such as Pitlochry, Dalmally, Dumfries, and the wonderful Wemyss Bay included? The new stations are spartan and have little shelter as the clips of Royroyston and Kilmaurs show. At the very end the new overall glass roof at Paisley Gilmour St is seen - a really good enhancement of a historic station - but not identified. As a comment says below, the InterCity7 HSTs are not shown at all though they are the best trains to travel on.
