I am a regular user of Scotrail and can't fault the service. The high level of public transport we have in Scotland allowed me several years ago to give up my car. And I've never looked back.

Brilliant, my son loves the trains and the stations. Each journey is a day out on its own. Off peak weekend fares and the friends & family railcard, super cheap.

I'm always using your discounts and special offers and regularly travel to the balmy fleshpots of Rothesay or quaint fishing villages like Partick. It was lovely to see Wemyss Bay, too- always such a beautiful station with a quite eclectic bookshop and a very spooky statue.

I’ve always found the ScotRail on board staff to be lovely friendly people especially compared to the companies south of the border. Once I was travelling with my wee dog on a very busy train and my Rolo had a number 2 accident. I always carried a spray and kitchen roll on these occasions just in case. Where as everyone else on the carriage was balking and covering their faces. And of course you can’t open a window with the modern trains. I thought I would be kicked off at the next stop but the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. It was one of those moments you wish you were dead and another hour to go. But the staff were so lovely and concerned that I don’t think anyone would have complained. I was travelling with my parents so mum was spraying her expensive bottle of Chanel number 5 around. I have travelled thousands of miles on the train with Rolo but that was the only mishap. So thank you ScotRail staff and please don’t let your bosses ban doggies. They are our precious companions especially for disabled people like me. Love the new advert. You all deserve a pay rise.

Arrochar &Tarbet Station I came off the train there many a time to go on holiday

Not the service I have experience with. Train cancelations each week, 3 train carriages at peak times, feral kids running riot, freezing cold platforms with no shelters, and those that have shelters are a joke, onboard toilets more often than not out of order and that's just the daily commute. And not forgetting the worker tax for using the train in the mornings, ie peak time travel. Can not wait to get my driving license so I can get off this dependency on public transport. Shambles.

Are you still going to keep the Class 318 and Class 320 or will you be replacing them with new trains. Or perhaps replace them with the redundant Class 379 Electrostar that would be ideal for the Strathclyde suburban services.
