There are so many videos out there on youtube which don't have jokes and will give you to the point information. Go watch them, if that's what you want and stop telling this guy to change his style. Those who like his style of teaching will enjoy this.
I love your work man. When you have to study a million parasites, it isn't fun and hard to remember. But this helps alot.

the thing about watching your videos is that I remember them later. I watched this one few years ago when I started med school and now im doing revision of many topics years later so Im rereading books and re-watching videos, but what I learned from you I still remember so I just wanted to stop by and say thank you :)

(I don't know why but when I write you a reply, Youtube doesn't let me post it under your comment, so I'm just going to put it here.)
I'm not really sure what your beef is. I said that rabies is mainly spread through bites and explained why that is (virus in saliva, open wound as entry point). "Mainly" entails that other routes of transmission are possible as well. Is your problem that I didn't go through all of them one by one? You see, contrary to what you said, these are not "easy" ways of getting infected.
Let me quote the Center for Disease Control and Prevention:
"It is possible, but quite rare, that people may get rabies if infectious material from a rabid animal, such as saliva, gets directly into their eyes, nose, mouth, or a wound." (I even mentioned the open wound portal while explaining the infection.)
Infectious material in case of rabies means any innervated tissue and some bodily fluids like saliva, sperm and vaginal secrations. Blood, feces and urine, as opposed to what you said, are NOT considered infectious materials.
Quote from the CDC again:
"Casual contact, such as touching a person with rabies or contact with non-infectious fluid or tissue (urine, blood, feces) does not constitute an exposure and does not require postexposure prophylaxis."
Before you complain that I missed something, let me mention that you can also get infected if you recieve a transplant from an infected person, and that under experimental conditions (so not under naturally occuring conditions) infection via virus-rich aerosol has been demonstrated as well.
There. I summerized the absolutely NOT easy (aka damn hard) ways of getting infected.
You also said something about rabies being level 1... I don't live in the US so I'm not familiar with your protocols – what categorization is this? Give me a source please. I know that it's Biosafety Level 2 but maybe you were talking about something else.
Just a friendly hint: if you call someone stupid, it lends a lot of credibility if you construct grammatically sound senteces. Or just simply sentences.

It's good that this guy pointed out that aggression is not the only behavioral change in dogs infected with the virus. Any unusual behavior such as tap dancing should raise concern in dogs who don't usually dance that way.

-"Mom I'm rabid."
-"It comes from your father's side."

I was bitten 18 days ago. The cat is still alive. I went to the hospital but they didn't accept to give me a shot, they said that if the cat is still alive 10 days after then there's no danger. What do I do?

My respects go out to all animals who've suffered at the hands of this repugnant disease, and the repugnant people who keep them from treatment.
