Can't thank you enough. 2015 model. One item of confusion, the gasket, but I just mimicked you and BAM. Most difficult step was getting the fuel line bushing into the age and arthritis. Started on the second pull and runs like new!

I went step by step and still managed to get the run switch backwards. So after i fixed that, put the air filter on and put the gas back in, pushed the bulb about six times and she cracked right up. Best instructive video thanks brother for taking it slow for we mechanically challenged people.

Thanks for this video! I've had my PB-250 sitting for over a year+, not able to get it running, primer not getting any gas, etc...and being lazy/not getting it fixed. Saw this video, picked up a cheap carb kit on Amazon, followed this step-by-step, and boom...fired right up. Save me some cash and headaches. Thank u!

After I changed my carburetor I still had to adjust the fuel to air mixture screw on the carb. Made a huge difference, no more bogging when the throttle is wide open. Thank you, this video was such a major help!

Great video. The grommet is my biggest problem when I do this. It always takes me 15-20 minutes to fight that sob back into place.

Thanks man!! I have the same blower and bought the same carburetor kit. I didn’t know how to take out the wire off the top. Glad I came across your video.

Thanks for the vid! Friend gave me this blower that their previous house owner left behind. It ran on full choke, but that's it. Who knows what the technically-exact problem was (I think it was the actual throttle on the carb), but for a $25 carb kit to replace everything it saved more than that in time spent adjusting high or low speeds, testing for leaks in the fuel or vent lines, etc. Much appreciated.

Thanks for making vid. I just order a kit and will be changing out the carb on my echo blower tomorrow. Same model as yours.

Video was very helpful. Just did mine with same parts you did. Cranked right up on first pull. Thanks again 👍

Just replaced a carb on an Echo SRM 211 trimmer with a similar replacement kit. Looks like my Echo PB 201 blower's pretty much the same deal as what you've got going on here.with your model. Purchased a HIPA kit for the 201 off Amazon. Cool thing is most of these kits (from several different manufacturers) include all the stuff you show here; carb, air filter, line, fuel filters, etc, all of which if purchase individually at your local Home Depot, Ace Hardware of similar retailer would cost WAY more. No, it's not OEM but for the price/performance at least for me, it's an unqualified no-brainier. Thanks to 'Fix It Now' for this very instructive video as well as Google for leading me hear, YouTube and last but not least, Amazon (you're welcome, Amazon)

Look between the four carb screws on side of engine. There is a plastic grommet that you need to remove to get at the adjustment screw.
Use a screw or a punch to remove plastic grommet. Start engine and use a very small screw driver turn it to the left until it stops bogging.
No carb needed.
