Number one is definitely faster so a fight between relative strength and absolute strength will go to number 1.

I weigh 105 pounds, extremely underweight, but can do over 10 pullups and 20 archer pushups. Can't bench 80 though.

Bench:330
Deadlift: 520
Squat: 515
Is it relative or the other
