At 67 I’m hopeful I am coming to the end of the tunnel although I still have mood swings, and honestly I haven’t suffered too much. I’ve never had night or day sweats and I’ve watched friends younger than me suffering. I take Ingenious Beauty Collagen, and have a good skin care routine and can recommend Ameliorate body wash, transforming body lotion and their moisturising face cleanser and face cream. My issues are hair thinning and lack of eyebrows 😂 it’s a work in progress!

Hi Liz, I started getting eczema age 52, post menopause. Nothing major just the odd patch on my back & now my neck. I’d never had it before & put it down to stress but I see now the loss of oestrogen was probably a major factor. Who knew?! I did have rosacea in my 20’s& 30’s but thankfully that hasn’t been an issue for 30 years now & I don’t want it back!

I love these mini video's! I'd definitely agree that since hitting perimenopause, my skin has reverted to my teenage type but not as severe. I think that about a lot of my perimenopause symptoms particularly my mental health, it has felt like going back in time!

I've noticed a creepy look to the skin especially on the arms so I'm using Korres moisturiser which seems to help and Ingenious collagen capsules which I've been taking for a year.I've noticed while taking collagen my eye lashes have started to become thicker my lips look pinker.❤
