Some weeks ago Indy and Sabaton talked about the Spartans famous last stand at Thermopylae, today we turn towards another famous last stand by a small, elite unit completely outnumbered in our video on the 1527 Sack of Rome. We hope you like our newest video! Now, this video was made with the amazing support from our amazing Patrons. Without them this show literally wouldn't exist, so do head on to to help us continue to make content like this!
Cheers, the Sabaton History team!

My favourite meme was:

Indy: "hundreds and thousands of deaths"

I think my favorite sabaton meme that i've seen is a picture of Joakim getting into a taxi and asking "Excuse me sir, what is the price of a mile."

Rome is just one of those cities that really can't catch a break it seems.

In 2017, I visited the Vatican and walked from there to Castel Sant'Angelo. I was wearing a Sabaton shirt and found myself frequently thinking of this song.

You guys should totally do a gag reel for the 1-year anniversary. Also, I was laughing at the Crusades gag.

Some people say heavy metal is Satanic. Clearly they never heard about this holy song.
