I have not gotten into Berserk yet but lots of praise for that and the Akira collection in fact I saw those multi colored spines under Thanos and I thought that was the Akira collection


I just bought my 2nd Omnibus Yesterday the Wonder Woman by George Pérez I’m still learning about Omnibus I think I like when it’s volumes of a run instead of collected best of Batman or Avengers style

The price on the Wonder Woman I wasn’t sure if it was worth the $100 the Wonder Woman run is Solid but it’s only got 1-24 and the annual Batman’s Silver age Volume 1 had 35 issue for the same price

And Claremont phoenix Omnibus had about 35 issues for the same price so I’m not sure why the Wonder Woman collected less issue unless he stopped working on it at issue 24 and the annual but $75 suggested retail might’ve been better just cause of it having less books

But my LCS gave me a discount on it so I paid $10-$15 less than retail 🤷🏻‍♂️

Your content has some up and downs but you come through with great stuff for people who are into collecting. As for the Whatnot dust up, you introduced valid and serious downside to the platform and got squashed by the roll out hype. By that I mean those on board were quick to get after any potential attackers and the casual collector wasn’t invested enough to chime in. Good on you to speak up, it was just the calling out of certain high profile dealers that got you some unnecessary push back. Covering stores and shows is fantastic content, just be careful who you point that harness at, it gives people the willies. This omnibus review is also great stuff, not many are doing this. My epic Akiras never get opened anymore and this comprehensive set of manga black and white would be great for going through longer story arcs. Keep it up, you’ll get better at not ruffling feathers if you choose to. Also, you’ve pulled the trigger on some serious grails and that is a learning experience these days for someone starting out.
