How to install & setup MySQL for FiveM. [FiveM Development #2]

EDIT: The new recommended resource for FiveM MySQL database connections is "oxmysql". You will have to find this at your own discretion, however. It is more optimized than "mysql-async" and it is easy for your server to rotate from "mysql-async" to "oxmysql", due to both resources using the same exports. There will be a tutorial on how to update your server to this new resource soon.
