Today's video is all about the speaking mistakes I hear on a daily basis. These are mistakes I hear from low to high level students. Of course, it's OK to make mistakes, but we definitely want to try and fix them to improve your English!

If you are late you will miss the bus. If you miss the bus, get a taxi. Good lesson, but most of these mistakes not only English learners, but also British people too. For example ...There was a load of cars on the motorway...( I promise you that it is true ).. She is in his room, but your brother were having a shower in her club.too.

Based on my experiences, number 5 is a common mistake amongst Arabic speakers and according to one of my coursemates on the Trinity TESOL (he's from Syria), it's a direct translation from Arabic to English. It drove me nuts when I was doing the Trinity and trying to figure out why my case study kept saying "I took a coffee with some friends".
