Peter is 6'3" in this clip. When standing outside of the space shuttle, he's approximately 779 pixels tall on my screen. Lois, in the same frame, is approximately 590 pixels tall, making her canonical height about 4'9". Later in the clip, Lois and Peter are shown to be the same height. They are also shown directly next to their children, making it possible for us to calculate their heights too. Lois is only 441 pixels high in the last shot, making Meg's 390 pixels equate to 4'2", Brian's 259 pixels 2'10", and Chris's 427 pixels 4'5". Stewie is sitting down, so we can't get an accurate representation of his height.
