Context: lois got peter hypnotized so that whenever he hear's the phrase (extra extra) (his phone notification) he will go into a state where he will automatically have intercouse with the person nearest him. So peter and Lois went to carters house and then Carter told peter to upstairs where babs was, but his phone went off so as usual, he had intercouse with Lois mom but when she found out the notification went off she went in panic and ran upstairs and behold, saw peter in the middle of intercouse with babs, and as a actual reaction, SCREAMS!
